There's so many important things that i have to jot down...important for me and my family...The foods are :
1) BERRIES
2) BEANS
3)NUTS
4) WILD-SALMON( I hate it...huh)
5) RAW MILK ( MILK FROM GRASS-FED COWS)
6) GRASS FED ( MEAT FROM GRASS-FED COWS)
7) EGGS
8) APPLES (good for lung cancer)
9) ONIONS & GARLICS
10) POMEGRANATE JUICE (many antioxidants)
11) GREEN TEA (seriously aku x suka)
Kalaula aku implement kesemua benda kt atas ni dlm makanan harian kitorang, alangkah bagusnya..guarantee the whole family x sakit2 and demam2 lagi...antibodi pun kuat...alangkah bertuahnya kalau Hannan nak makan kesemua tu..
baru bagi green apple pun dia dah x suka...egg pulak, dia alergi...jus pun 50-50..takpe..aku nak try ikan salmon pulak utk dia...
